Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in a resellable condition.

We do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive another product, please place a new order and return the unwanted product according to the return procedure.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Products returned after the 30-day window.
